When persons in commissioner’s custody

A person who, under the 2000 Act, was in the commissioner’s custody immediately before the commencement continues to be in the commissioner’s custody, subject to this Act.

Note—See, for example, previous section 8.

(2)

Subsection (1) does not prevent the application of a provision of this Act providing for when a person is in another person’s custody.
