362 Continuation of record for identifying prisoners
(1)
The record kept by the chief executive under previous section 10(1) and in existence immediately before the commencement (the previous record) is taken to be part of the record required under section 10(1).
(2)
The previous record may be dealt with under section 10, including by destroying photos and prints forming part of the previous record.
