444 Existing administrative policies and procedures
(1)
An administrative policy made under previous section 189(1) and in force immediately before the commencement continues in force according to its terms.
(2)
An administrative procedure made under previous section 189(1) and in force immediately before the commencement—
(a)
continues in force according to its terms; and
(b)
is taken to have been made under section 265(1).
