447 Declaration of emergency
(1)
This section applies if, before the commencement—
(a)
the chief executive declared an emergency exists in relation to a prison under previous section 192 (the previous declaration); and
(b)
the previous declaration had not lapsed or been revoked.
(2)
The previous declaration—
(a)
continues in force according to its terms; and
(b)
is taken to have been made under section 268.
