455 Official visitors
(1)
A person who, immediately before the commencement, was an official visitor for a corrective services facility under previous section 211 is taken to be appointed as an official visitor under section 285.
(2)
Section 285(2) does not apply to the person if the person has been appointed as an official visitor for more than 6 years, including any period before the commencement.
