460 Prisoner in proper officer of the court’s custody
(1)
A person who, under previous section 231, was in the custody of the proper officer of a court immediately before the commencement continues in the custody of the proper officer of the court under section 307(2).
(2)
Subsection (1) does not prevent the application of a provision of this Act providing for when a person is in another person’s custody.
