459 Application of ch 2, pt 3, div 5, sdiv 2 to prosecution of corruption offences
Chapter 2, part 3, division 5, subdivision 2 applies only in relation to the prosecution of a corruption offence—
(a)
that is commenced against a person after the commencement of this section; and
(b)
whether the investigation from which the prosecution arises commenced before or after the commencement of this section.
