466 Application of provisions about responses to consultation on nominations under s 228
(1)
Section 228(2) and (3) applies to consultation by the Minister on a nomination only if the consultation starts after the commencement.
(2)
Section 292(1)(h) applies to information about the parliamentary committee’s involvement in a nomination only if the Minister’s consultation on the nomination starts after the commencement.
