428 Exemption—particular instruments and transactions under National Gas (Queensland) Act
Duty is not imposed on—
(a)
a transaction that is an exempt matter under the National Gas (Queensland) Act 2008, section 13; or
(b)
an instrument or transaction for an exempt matter mentioned in paragraph (a).
