540 Approved persons
A person who, immediately before the commencement day, was an approved person under section 13A of the repealed Act is taken to be a self assessor registered under—
(a)
if the person’s approval relates to instruments signed by or in favour of the person—chapter 12, part 2; and
(b)
if the person’s approval relates to instruments regularly received by or on which the person acts in the course of the person’s business—chapter 12, part 3.
