554 Meaning of particular terms used in div 1
(1)
In this division—pre-repeal credit transaction means a credit transaction entered into by a credit provider before 1 January 2006.registered credit provider means a person who was, immediately before 1 January 2006, registered under chapter 12, part 1, to carry on business in Queensland as a credit provider and as a self assessor.repealed, for a provision of this Act, means the provision as in force immediately before 1 January 2006.

A term used in this division and defined in repealed chapter 6 has the meaning given to it under repealed chapter 6.
