561 Reassessments under repealed s 242
(1)
Repealed section 242 applies under section 559(1) only for a lease or occupancy right that is terminated before 1 January 2016.
(2)
Repealed section 242 also applies, despite its repeal, to a section 532 instrument that is terminated before 1 January 2016.
(3)
For subsection (2), repealed section 242 applies with any necessary changes to the termination of the instrument as if it were the termination of a lease or occupancy right.
(4)
In this section—section 532 instrument means a lease, transaction, contract or agreement—
(a)
mentioned in section 532(1); and
(b)
that was in force immediately before 1 January 2006.
