111 Applications for review
(1)
This section applies if—
(a)
a person applied to QCAT for a review of a decision under the repealed Act, part 3; and
(b)
immediately before the commencement, the application had not been finally dealt with.
(2)
QCAT must decide the application under the repealed Act.
