112 Surrenders
(1)
This section applies if—
(a)
a person gave the chief executive a notice of surrender under the repealed Act, section 28; and
(b)
immediately before the commencement, the surrender had not taken effect.
(2)
The person is taken to have surrendered the person’s school provider approval under section 40.
