121E Commissioner may decide electronically assisted voting is not to be used
(1)
The commissioner may decide that electronically assisted voting is not to be used—
(a)
at a particular election; or
(b)
by a class of electors at a particular election.
(2)
The commissioner’s decision must be in writing and published on the commission’s website.
