As soon as practicable after, but not more than 4 months after, the end of each financial year, the commission must give to the Minister a report of the commission’s operations during that year.

The commission must, as soon as practicable after the return of the writ for an election, give to the Minister a report on the operation of part 7 in relation to the election.

The Minister must cause a copy of each report given to the Minister (whether under this section or otherwise) to be laid before the Legislative Assembly within 3 sitting days after the Minister receives the report.
