232 Accepting a claim
(1)
This section applies if—
(a)
a claim is made by the candidate or agent of a registered political party or candidate in relation to an election or elections; and
(b)
the commission accepts the claim, in whole or in part.
(2)
The commission must pay the amount under section 223(2) or 224(2) as applicable.
