300 Deciding application
(1)
As soon as practicable after receiving a third party’s application under section 299 (the application), the commission must decide to approve or refuse the application.
(2)
The commission must refuse the application if it was not made before the day required under section 299(2)(d).
(3)
Otherwise, the commission may refuse the application only if it is incomplete or incorrect.
