392F Making a declaration vote using posted voting papers
(1)
The commission may, by notice published on the commission’s website, fix a time and day, later than the time and day mentioned in section 119(2)(b), by which an elector may make a postal vote request under section 119 for a by-election.
(2)
Section 119 applies as if a reference in section 119(2)(b) to 7p.m. on the day that is 12 days before the polling day for the election were a reference to the time and day fixed under subsection (1).
