Electronically assisted voting
392H Electronically assisted voting
This section applies if—
the commission is satisfied that, having regard to the purpose of this part, it would be in the public interest to allow a class of electors, other than electors mentioned in section 121A, to make an electronically assisted vote in a by-election; and
a procedure about how an elector may make an electronically assisted vote has been made under section 121B.
The commission may, by notice published on the commission’s website, declare the class of electors who may vote electronically.
An elector of the stated class may make an electronically assisted vote in the by-election under part 7, division 5, subdivision 3A.
