42 Inviting suggestions
(1)
As soon as practicable after the need for an electoral redistribution arises, the commission must invite suggestions from persons and bodies relating to the redistribution.
(2)
The invitation must be made by notice published in accordance with section 56.
(3)
The notice must state that suggestions are to be given to the commission in writing within 30 days after the notice is published in the gazette in accordance with section 56.
