How notices are to be published

In force

If, under this division, the commission is required to publish a notice in accordance with this section, the commission must publish the notice in—

(a)

the gazette; and

(b)

a newspaper circulating generally in the State; and

(c)

any regional newspaper, circulating in a part of the State, that the commission considers appropriate.
