95 Failure of election
(1)
This section applies if—
(a)
a candidate dies before the polling day for the election; or
(b)
there are no candidates for the election.
(2)
The writ, and everything done in connection with the election for the electoral district because of the writ, are of no effect.
(3)
The Governor must issue a writ for a fresh election for the electoral district.
(4)
The deposits of any other candidates for the election for the electoral district are to be returned.
