Replacement of electrical licence

(1)

If, on application by the holder of an electrical licence, the regulator is satisfied the licence has been lost, damaged or destroyed, the regulator may issue a replacement licence.

(2)

However, if a fixed fee applies to the application, the application must be accompanied by the fixed fee.
