63 Refund of fees
(1)
This section applies if either of the following applications is refused by the regulator or is withdrawn before it is decided—
(a)
an application for an electrical licence;
(b)
an application for renewal or reinstatement of an electrical licence.
(2)
The amount stated in schedule 8 as the administration component of the fee paid for the application must be refunded.
