Conditions of supply, including, for example, the following matters—

(a)

amounts payable or chargeable for electricity and services (including interest);

(b)

fees, including, for example, fees for or in relation to connection, disconnection and reconnection;

(c)

temporary supply;

(d)

meter reading.
