Technical and operational requirements and standards about the following matters and their monitoring (by inspection, testing or otherwise)—
network services;
electricity qualities, including, for example, frequency, voltage and power factor;
design, building, operation or maintenance of works;
works and installations;
substations and customers’ premises;
stand-by supply;
conditions for connection to a transmission grid or supply network;
conditions for supply of electricity to customers;
meters and control apparatus, including meter testing apparatus;
connection, disconnection and reconnection of supply.
