120R Criteria for deciding material contravention
(1)
This section applies to the making of any decision under this part about whether a contravention of a distribution network code is a material contravention of the code.
(2)
Regard must be had to the QCA code objective.
(3)
Subsection (2) does not limit or otherwise affect what may be considered in making the decision.
