120U Considering submissions on warning notice
(1)
QCA must consider any written submission made under section 120T(1)(d) by the electricity entity or retailer within the period stated in the warning notice.
(2)
If QCA at any time decides not to give the proposed code contravention notice, it must, as soon as practicable, give the electricity entity or retailer notice of the decision.
