359 Limited continuation of disciplinary action by regulator
(1)
This section applies if the regulator has, under chapter 5, part 4, started to take disciplinary action against an electricity entity.
(2)
The Act, as in force immediately before the commencement, continues to apply to the matter unless the matter relates to the cancellation, suspension or amendment of a retail authority.
