140 Minimum energy efficiency and performance criteria
(1)
This section states the requirements an item of prescribed electrical equipment must comply with for section 139(1)(a).
(2)
An item of prescribed electrical equipment mentioned in schedule 4, part 1 or 3, must, if tested in accordance with part 1 of the relevant standard, comply with the performance criteria for the item in the relevant standard.
(3)
An item of prescribed electrical equipment mentioned in schedule 4, part 2, must comply with the energy efficiency requirements for the item in the relevant standard.
