143 Change of name or address
(1)
The holder of a registration of an item of prescribed electrical equipment whose name or address changes must, within 14 days after the change, give written notice of it to the regulator.
Maximum penalty—8 penalty units.
(2)
The regulator must enter details of the new name or address in the register.
