(1)
The regulator must keep a register of each item of prescribed electrical equipment registered by the regulator.
(2)
The regulator may enter in the register any particulars contained in an application for registration, or transfer of registration, of the item.
(3)
The register may be kept in a way the regulator considers appropriate.
(4)
The register may form part of a national register.
