203 Allowance payable if both spouses are entitled
(1)
This section applies to a GOE industry employee who—
(a)
is entitled to be paid a locality allowance under this part; and
(b)
has a spouse who—
(i)
is also entitled to be paid a locality allowance under this part; or
(ii)
is employed by the State or a State instrumentality and is also entitled to be paid a locality allowance under an Act.
(2)
The locality allowance payable to the GOE employee is as stated in section 202 and not as stated in section 201.
(3)
This section applies whether or not the employee has a dependent child.
