215 Making appeals
(1)
An appeal under this part must be made within 3 months after written notice for the decision is given to the person.
(2)
However, subsection (3) applies if—
(a)
the notice under subsection (1) did not state reasons for the decision; and
(b)
the person asked for a statement of reasons for the decision within the period mentioned in subsection (1).
(3)
The person may make the appeal within 3 months after the person is given the statement of reasons.
(4)
The court may extend the period for making an appeal, even though the time for making the appeal has ended.
