220 Procedure of court
(1)
The power to make rules of court for an Industrial Magistrates Court under the Industrial Relations Act 1999 includes power to make rules of court for appeals to the court under this part.
(2)
The procedure for appeal to a court under this part is—
(a)
in accordance with its rules of court; or
(b)
in the absence of relevant rules, as directed by an industrial magistrate.
(3)
The court may make any order about costs it considers just.
