222K Release of draft report and draft proposed code
(1)
QCA must, after complying with section 222J, publish on its website—
(a)
a draft report about the material issues for the proposed distribution network code; and
(b)
a draft of the proposed distribution network code.
(2)
The draft of the proposed distribution network code may be a first draft or a revision of any draft of the proposed distribution network code that formed the issues document.
