41 Customer to provide links connecting meter to incoming supply
(1)
If the metering coordinator so requires, the customer must provide suitable links for connecting meters to an incoming electricity supply to the premises.
(2)
However, the requirement may be made for a single meter only if—
(a)
the meter is being, or is proposed to be, installed; or
(b)
the customer is making, or is proposing to make, a substantial change to the meter or a substantial change to the premises that relates to the meter.
Examples—
• relocation of the meter
• replacement of the mounting for the meter
• rewiring of the premises

The metering coordinator may seal the links.
