43 No breaking or interfering with network device seal
(1)
This section applies if a distribution entity for the premises has provided a network device for the premises and there is a seal on the device.
(2)
A person must not break or interfere with the seal unless the distribution entity has permitted the person to do so.
Maximum penalty—20 penalty units.
