69 Power to require information
This section applies if an enforcement officer reasonably believes—
a relevant offence has been committed; and
a person may be able to give information about the offence.
The enforcement officer may, by notice given to the person, require the person to give the enforcement officer information related to the offence at a stated reasonable time and place.
A requirement under subsection (2) is an information requirement.
For information that is an electronic document, compliance with the information requirement requires the giving of a clear image or written version of the electronic document.
