273A Extension of period for payment
(1)
Before the end of the 6-month period mentioned in section 271(2) for a residual risks requirement, the administering authority may, with the written agreement of the applicant, extend the period for compliance with the requirement.
(2)
The administering authority may extend the period under subsection (1) only once.
