444B Term of appointment
(1)
The rehabilitation commissioner holds office for the term decided by the Governor in Council.
(2)
However, the term can not be—
(a)
less than 1 year; or
(b)
more than 5 years.
(3)
The rehabilitation commissioner may be reappointed.
