444C Remuneration and conditions
(1)
The rehabilitation commissioner is to be paid the remuneration and other allowances decided by the Governor in Council.
(2)
The remuneration must not be reduced during the rehabilitation commissioner’s term of office without the rehabilitation commissioner’s written consent.
(3)
The rehabilitation commissioner holds office on the terms and conditions, not provided for by this Act, that are decided by the Governor in Council.
