Requirements for application

In force

An application for approval as an auditor must—

(a)

be made in the approved form; and

(b)

state the functions proposed to be performed by the applicant; and

(c)

be accompanied by the prescribed fee; and

(d)

state whether the applicant holds professional indemnity insurance; and

(e)

state whether the applicant has been convicted of an offence under this Act; and

(f)

include other information required to be included in the application under a guideline—

(i)

made by the chief executive; and

(ii)

prescribed under a regulation.
