571 Deciding application
(1)
The chief executive must, within 30 business days after receiving the application, decide to—
(a)
approve the application; or
(b)
approve the application subject to conditions; or
(c)
refuse the application.
(2)
Without limiting subsection (1)(b), an approval may be subject to a condition that limits the functions the auditor may perform to a stated type of function.
