714 Environmental offset conditions
(1)
This section applies if, on or after the commencement of this section, an environmental authority or draft environmental authority becomes, under this Act, subject to an environmental offset condition.
(2)
To the extent the environmental offset condition is inconsistent with a deemed condition, the deemed condition prevails.
Note—See the Environmental Offsets Act 2014, section 5(3). Under that provision, particular imposed conditions prevail over deemed conditions.
(3)
In this section—deemed condition see the Environmental Offsets Act 2014, schedule 2.
