Entry to check compliance with exhibited animal direction

This section applies if a person has been given an exhibited animal direction for ensuring the person discharges the person’s general exhibition and dealing obligation for exhibiting or dealing with an animal at a place.

(2)

An inspector may at reasonable times enter the place to check whether the exhibited animal direction has been complied with.
