162 Emergency entry
An inspector may enter a place if the inspector is satisfied on reasonable grounds—
an exhibited animal is being exhibited or dealt with at the place; and
it is necessary to exercise powers under this chapter to avoid an imminent significant relevant risk or significant relevant adverse effect associated with exhibiting or dealing with the animal.Examples for paragraph (b)—
• an exhibited animal causing significant harm to another exhibited animal
• an exhibited animal being neglected
