194 Requirement of person in control of exhibited animal or other thing
(1)
To enable an exhibited animal or other thing to be seized, an inspector may require the person in control of it—
(a)
to take it to a stated reasonable place by a stated reasonable time; and
(b)
if necessary, to remain in control of it at the stated place for a stated reasonable time.
(2)
The requirement—
(a)
must be made by notice given to the person; or
(b)
if for any reason it is not practicable to give a notice, may be made orally and confirmed by notice as soon as practicable.
