193 Seizure of property subject to security
(1)
An inspector may seize an exhibited animal or other thing, and exercise powers relating to it, despite a lien or other security over it claimed by another person.
(2)
However, the seizure does not affect the other person’s claim to the lien or other security against a person other than the inspector or a person acting for the inspector.
